JOB TITLE: Drip Mold Operator
REPORTS TO: Badging Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Badging
SUMMARY:
Coordinates or works with the Badging Dept. Supervisor and other Drip Mold operators
DUTIES:
- Process information from the production orders
- Set up and operate the DeMak (doming) machines
- Inspect the finished product for defects
- Communicate with co-workers about job specifications and requirements
- Follow relevant safety/health and environmental regulations
- Be familiar with and follow ISO Quality System procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic computer skills
- Must be fluent in English
SPECIAL SKILLS OR ABILITIES: Must posses the following skills:
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general information pertaining to the job. Must be able to prepare reports required for the job. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other employees.
- Reasoning Ability: Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to apply information and variables learned from one task or project to other similar situations.
EQUIPMENT USED:
Drip Mold (doming) machines, computer, calculator and misc. office equipment / supplies.
