Position Overview:
The position serves as a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team as an ERP Business Analyst. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to meet the unique needs of our organization, with expertise in One World, Financials, Manufacturing, WMS, Integrations/EDI, Workflow, Scripting, and Dashboards.
Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into NetSuite solutions.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of NetSuite One World, Financials, Manufacturing, WMS, Integrations/EDI, Workflow, Scripting, and Dashboards utilizing Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and efficiency improvements.
- Design and develop custom scripts and workflows to automate business processes and meet specific requirements.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems and EDI solutions to ensure seamless data flow.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities as part of system implementations and upgrades.
- Provide end-user training and support for NetSuite applications and features.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
- Stay updated on NetSuite's latest features, best practices, and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements.
ERP Business Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with NetSuite One World, Financials, Manufacturing, WMS, Integrations/EDI, Workflow, Scripting, and Dashboards utilizing Power BI or other Business Intelligence Tools.
- NetSuite certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and project delivery is a plus.
- Experience with Celigo is a plus.
- Experience with TrueCommerce is a plus.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
