Civil Engineer

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team!  The ideal candidate will be responsible for civil engineering design and consulting on projects for private and public sector clients. This role requires the execution of various engineering tasks including site design and preparation of permit applications with a focus on Stormwater Management design. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work with various regulatory agencies.

This position is located at East Stroudsburg, PA.

 What will you be doing?

 This position will be a key member of the Engineering team.  Duties include: 

•      Site Development Plans
•      Stormwater Management Plans and Design Reports
•      Permit Applications for various regulatory agencies

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience: 

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in PA
• Experience in Stormwater Management Plans & Permitting
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to collaborate with others on a design team
• Strong writing and communication skills
