Description: Description: This position will handle clerical and administrative duties. The position will also be responsible for assisting with written or typed correspondence, policy templates, event planning, report writing, maintenance, review, and new project research. The incumbent will be responsible for engaging in new projects, process implementation, and organizational change initiatives with a “Solution Forward” perspective and a team-oriented approach. Objectives: Improve business processes Assist in the development of organizational capabilities Through research, develop or improve organizational knowledge such as competitive intelligence Assist with administrative detail and research for the formatting, typing, and development of new guidelines, policy and procedures Assist with patient access and calendar scheduling in an effort to improve productivity
