What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communication coordinator position at University Health System?
POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and supports the Institute for Trauma Informed Care (TIC) marketing functions to effectively advance the mission, vision and value of the Institute, while promoting the adoption of TIC culture in San Antonio and Bexar County.
Assists in expanding the awareness and utilization of the Institute for Trauma Informed Care by planning and implementing strategic marketing plans and communication programs.
Marketing strategies to include partnering with the Consortium to promote services to all of its members for access to TIC Certification.
Provides ITIC support via email, telephone and in person
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, public health or related field is required. Demonstrated experience in project management and leading branding and marketing campaigns to influence social change.
One year of marketing / sales experience required, three years of marketing / sales experience is preferred. Minimum two years of similar health care experience is preferred
