South Shore Care Center is looking to hire AM/PM Full-time and Part-time CNA candidates to become a part of our team!
Shift- Days (6a-2:15P) Full time, Evening (2P-10:15P) Full time, Overnights (10pm-6:15am) Part time.
The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:
Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
Qualifications & Skills
Current CNA certification through Minnesota
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
