What are the responsibilities and job description for the STNA - Geneva - Days position at University Hospitals?
Assists with: resident care, admission/discharge of patients and with the assembly and set up of equipment and supplies. Performs a variety of utility duties associated with patient care. Provides assistance to Patients with ADL's as delegated by the RN (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, tolieting) Assists Patients in ambulating, turning, positioning as delegated by the RN. Assists with stocking and inventory of resident care supplies. Monitors patient safety alarms. Provides clean linens, changes bed and maintains an uncluttered environment for residents. Answers call lights. Obtains vital signs and completes POCT. Communicates any changes in patient condition to RN.Participates in quality and patient experience initiatives.
