The Department of Mexican American Studies seeks to hire an Adjunct Lecturer for the Spring 2024 semester (01/01/24-05/19/24) with experience in teaching MAS 265 Culture Community & Culture, an introductory course Mexican American Studies.

Teaching Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Prepare course materials
• Plan classes and assignments
• Grade assigned papers and exams
• Hold regular office hours
• Administer exams
• Manage online resources

• Ph.D. in Mexican American Studies or a related or similar field
• Experience in teaching MAS 265 Culture Community & Culture, an introductory course Mexican American Studies.

• Experience teaching at the college level, online and in-person.
