The Cooperative Extension administration is searching for a professional, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our shared business team. The administrative support assistant position provides core support to the Department as a whole as well as being responsible for a variety of office and financial tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Department Head and Associate Department Head:

Manage calendars, appointments, event support for business functions.
2. Provide support for business activities:
-
Reconcile PCard purchases.
-
Provide backup for other financial transactions, such as expense and travel reimbursements.
3. Provide general administration support to department activities and personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
