Summary of Job Duties:
Position assists with all division events including student workshops and engagement events, professional development, etc. This position assists division staff with administrative support, provides exceptional customer service to division constituents, and accurately responds to and resolves concerns and issues of current students.
Position requires limited evening/weekend hours. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

The formal equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively, must be self-directed with the ability to work independently within changing deadlines.
- Excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- A flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse environment.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office with extensive Excel experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a higher education environment including working with student information systems.
- Customer and solutions oriented with a strong commitment to customer service while maintaining compliance with policies.
- Commitment to the mission of a comprehensive two-year college and understanding of the different components of campus operations.
