The Web and App Developr will be part of the Finance Division, Patient Revenue - Revenue Integrity & Health Information Management Enterprise Services team and responsible for enterprise-wide integrated applications deployment and maintenance. HIM's primary purpose is to serve the interest of the individual patient by facilitating medical care, treatment, research, and teaching through the availability of well-documented, current medical records and clinical applications and databases. Minimum of 5 years of web/application development tools such as ColdFusion, PHP, ASP.NET, or Java. Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks. Knowledge of database modeling and development. Expert in SQL query techniques, Oracle & other relational, factual, dimensional databases. Knowledge of stored procedure use and design. The incumbent will be responsible for meeting with the decision makers, systems owners, committees, workgroups and end users to define, develop and implement operational business reports within the Department. Support complex data mining, operational reports for the electronic medical record and other clinical applications. Design technical infrastructure and data mart logic related to the deliverables of various business processes and ensuring that key dependencies are met. Ability to work in an autonomous environment while applying best practices, strong solution development skills, experience delivering solutions thru the entire development lifecycle. Develop relational databases to meet business and processes needs. Knowledge of Data Warehouse methods. Work with application development staff to coordinate the creation and management of database structures. Ability to translate user requirements into functional & design specifications. Experience with Epic Cogito, creating reports using Clarity/Caboodle platform a plus. Experience using Visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.), Crystal Enterprise Reporting or similar a plus. Share Support On-Call responsibility, and responding to urgent patient care on-call pages (rotate on call 24/7 approximately one week per month includes being on call Saturday and Sunday)

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer information system, Health Information Management, Information Systems or equivalent is required
* Minimum of 5 years of web/application development tools such as ColdFusion, PHP, ASP.NET, or Java. Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks. Knowledge of database modeling and development.
* Expert in SQL query techniques, Oracle & other relational, factual, dimensional databases. Knowledge of stored procedure use and design.
* Extensive experience designing, creating, testing, and implementing complex reports using Crystal Reports, Tableau, and Business Objects Enterprise reporting tools.
* Advanced report writing skills and knowledge of multiple tools to aid in more complex report development, such as SQL and MS knowledge and experience in an area of clinical healthcare operations.
* Experienced in relational data modeling principles and techniques.
* Knowledge of data warehouses, data stores, or data marts.
* Demonstrated experience in translating user requirements into report specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
* Reporting-related Epic Systems certification or Epic Systems technical experience.
* Experience creating, testing, and implementing Epic Reporting Workbench reports.
* Knowledge of Epic Clarity Console, Compass, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
* Knowledge of and experience with Epic's Clarity data model.
