Position Summary | The Records Manager will serve as the primary Athletic Department point-of-contact for open records requests and is responsible for the successful execution of the open records administration for the University of Georgia Athletic Association. The position will also aid in the process of managing and supporting the maintenance, review, and production of legal and compliance documents. The position will also serve as a liaison to the UGA Open Records Manager in the Office of the VP for Marketing & Communications, who is the primary point-of-contact for open records requests for the University. |

Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities | Serve as primary point-of-contact for University of Georgia Athletic Association open records requests. Communicate with requestors through the UGA Campus Open Records Manager for all phases of the open records request process, including clarification of requests, fee estimates, denial explanations, exemptions, and redactions, while adhering to statutory deadlines.
