Job Summary
The Office of Technology Commercialization is seeking an innovative individual who will leverage his/her scientific and intellectual property background to assist the Intelltectual Property Development area in its responsibility to assess inventions, conduct market analysis and develop IP protection strategies. As an integral member of the OTC, the IP Manager will work closely with faculty, staff and students as they endeavor to commercialize their innovations. As well, s/he will work with the Commercialization and Contracts as needed, to advance technologies in the OTC pipeline. In addition, this person will oversee IPD financial and reporting processes. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter, who is ready to join a dynamic Office of Technology Commercialization.
