The College of Business and Social Sciences seeks a qualified individual to fill a position as an Instructor of Information Technology. The campus is located in a culturally rich metro area with a population of 150,000. ULM's business programs are AACSB accredited at the undergraduate, accounting, and MBA levels, and is a leading business educator in the region. ULM's computer science program is accredited by ABET.
The College of Business and Social Sciences promotes a balance between teaching and intellectual contributions, combined with professional service to the university, discipline, and community. The normal teaching load will be 15 undergraduate credit hours per semester, and will normally include large sections of computer literacy. The student population of the classes is diverse as the course is primarily a service course for a wide variety of majors across campus. The opportunity for some online teaching of computer literacy may be available on occasion, primarily during the summer. Minimum qualifications:
