Hiring Department
The Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN)
Job Description
The Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) seeks a mission and customer service oriented individual to serve an ECHO Coordinator. Join our fun, mission driven and passionate team, as we work to increase access to patient-centered health care via telehealth for rural and underserved Missourians. MTN began in 1994 providing expertise in key telehealth domains including technical, clinical, operational, legal, regulatory, and evaluation. In 2012 MTN launched the Show Me ECHO (Extension for Community Outcomes) telehealth project to create virtual communities of learning between interdisciplinary expert teams and community providers, increasing capacity and quality of care to patients.
This is professional and administrative work coordinating and facilitating the Extension for Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) project.
This position will act as the primary liaison between clinical panelists and providers participating in the ECHO learning sessions. This includes assisting with providing basic technical assistance and guidance to hub team members and registered participants regarding issues involving video conferencing platforms, email, shared drive access, and video conference etiquette. The coordinator will provide custodial management of all documentation pertaining to current ECHOs, including didactic presentations, case presentations, recommendations, supplementary handouts, guides, and scorecards. Provide standardized reports when requested to hub teams and MTN leadership on overall ECHO performance, hub team member engagement, participation, and trends. The coordinator will attend and contribute to the strategic planning sessions for newly constructed ECHOs and existing hub teams for assigned ECHOs. They are responsible for accurate data entry, running routine reports, tracking ECHO attendance, and assisting in recruiting for attendance and cases for ECHO sessions. It is expected that the coordinator will maintain a high-level of competency on the process, methodology, and evaluation of ECHO using standards and tools developed by both Project ECHO and the Show-Me ECHO team.
We are looking for a customer service and team oriented partner who is skilled in the use of video conferencing platforms, and computer software such as word, excel, and cloud-based applications. The qualified candidate will have the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and objectives, plan and conduct work in a self-directed result oriented manner, strive to help us improve efficiency, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with other MTN staff and project teams. If this sounds like you, apply to join our team today.
