Adjunct Professor, Physics and Astronomy
The College of Humanities and Sciences at the University of Montana invites applications for an Adjunct faculty position in the Department of Physics and Astronomy to begin August 2022. The successful candidates will contribute to teaching across the undergraduate curriculum.
Successful applicants will have a doctorate in Physics / Astronomy or a closely related field; evidence of or potential for teaching excellence; effective oral and written communication skills; an ability to teach undergraduate students; interest in curriculum development; and a commitment to recruiting and supporting diverse groups of students. The full-time teaching load is four courses per academic semester, and this does include lab sections.
