Brief Summary of Job Description
Work closely with the leadership in the overall leadership of an NCAA Division II program. Assist in planning, developing, implementing, communicating, and administering the goals of the program. Responsible for direction and control of athletics in accordance with NCAA, MIAA, and University rules and regulations. Coaching, communicate and teach the fundamentals and philosophies of the game, practice and meet preparation, recruiting of perspective student athletes.

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree or its foreign equivalent in Education or Sports Management
Preferred Qualifications
College coaching experience
