Position Summary | UNM-Taos’ Career and Technical Education Department invites applicants for Temporary Part time Faculty positions (Adjunct) to teach a lower division face to face courses in Culinary Arts entitled ServSafe Food Handler. This position will be hired on an as needed basis dependent on student enrollment, course offering matrix, and graduation requirements. Potential courses include but are not limited to lower division (100-200 level) courses in the above mentioned disciplines include the following: CART 106 (Fall 2024) ServSafe Food Handler: will include food handling, safety and sanitation for the culinary arts. The course will be taught in a face-to-face format. Students completing the course will receive ServSafe Food Handler Certification. (1 credit). |
