Department Summary | The Department of Physician Assistant Studies is seeking a Regional Clinical Outreach Coordinator in the Hill Country region. The most competitive applicant will have proficiency in networking in their specified region. This position will average 10 or less hours per week. This position is secured through August 31, 2023 with the possibility of extension. |
Position Summary | Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Recruitment of new clinical sites and preceptors in the specified region in support of the program's supervised clinical education experiences (rotations) and maintaining the relationships with the acquired regional clinical sites and preceptors; Reporting information on the acquired sites to the clinical team on a consistent basis; Functioning as a liaison between the regional clinical sites and HSC PA Program. |
Minimum Qualifications | High school and seven (7) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Preferred Qualifications | The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications: Experience in a medical related field or marketing preferred, suitable experience in related field will be considered. Two years' experience in clinical office management, recruiting, sales or education coordination preferred. Educational experience and database management experience are preferred. |
