- Organization: Housing Maintenance
- Location: Oklahoma-Norman
- Schedule: Full-time
- Work Hours:
- Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Some overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour
- Benefits: Provided

- Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, swimming pool maintenance, paint, carpentry, and landscape activities
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Identify and report emergency repairs beyond personal skill level
- Complete minor equipment repairs
- Fill out necessary forms and logs
- Utilize small hand tools and power equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- No Formal Education required, with 0-9 months of experience in maintenance activities
- Skills: Basic math and computer skills, effective communication (oral and written), ability to update written and computerized records
- Certifications: Valid Driver's License
- Physical Requirements: Comfort working in tight spaces, exposure to chemicals and odors, ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, among others
- Availability for night, weekend, shift, or overtime work
- Drug test and physical abilities test required
