Advertised Job Summary
The School of Medicine Greenville is accepting applications for the role of Student Wellness and Engagement Coordinator within the Office of Student Affairs.
Under the leadership of the Associate Dean for Students Affairs, with direct supervision from the Manager of Student Affairs, the Wellness and Engagement Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff on matters related to student wellness education and promotion. The Wellness and Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in the overall success of M1 and M2 students at the School of Medicine Greenville by providing guidance related to personal, academic, and career planning issues. In addition, the Wellness and Engagement Coordinator leads planning and execution of student affairs related events, including the annual Student Organization Fair, Wellness Symposium, and assists the Manager of Student Affairs with the Student Awards Ceremony. Serves as a liaison for institutional events including Welcome Picnic and White Coat Ceremony.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Master’s degree in student services or related field and 2 years of related experience in student affairs, student engagement, student health/wellness or other closely related field or bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Employees in Safety-Sensitive or Security-Sensitive positions will be subject to pre-employment and post-employment drug testing in accordance with University policy HR 1.95 Drug and Alcohol Testing.

- Prior experience developing and/or administrating grant-funded projects
