Job Description
The mission of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is the development of professional health care practitioners through innovation, individualized, and quality classroom, clinical, and distance education.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Enrollment Manager supports the execution and implementation of the recruitment plans for the assigned institution. He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team to assure new student enrollment goals are met for multiple intakes throughout the year.
This role will manage, coach and train a team of enrollment outreach coordinators who are tasked with assisting prospective students from the time they become a lead and throughout the application and enrollment process. The Enrollment Manager and team works cross functionally with admissions, financial aid, and academic advising to assure prospective students are nurtured and maintained throughout the enrollment process. They will execute performance reviews for each advisor and team lead on their team. In addition to day- to-day operations responsibility, the Enrollment Manager will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of key metrics and individual performance of team members.
In addition, the Enrollment Manager will help create and deliver ongoing training to the Enrollment Team. This person will be responsible for creating comprehensive learning plans for all facets and levels of Enrollment, ranging from new hire product knowledge to veteran enrollment skill refreshers. This individual will manage training schedules and ensure that all mandatory training is completed and documented in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee daily functions of their respective enrollment team
- Influence by observation and diagnosis areas the Enrollment team needs additional training; provide coaching, mentoring and process training when needed
- Create and deliver documented product and sales training content to help with new as well as veteran EA trainings.
- Development of strategies for success for enrollment department
- Work with academics in communicating new policies and changes that impact enrollment
- Meet and exceed set enrollment targets on a regular basis
- Work effectively with functional leaders across campus
- Preparation and analysis of weekly performance metrics reports
- Perform and execute quarterly reviews and submit annual reviews for approval
- Talent Management - interviewing and hiring of new enrollment staff
- Work on assigned committees and teams within the organization

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of work experience in customer service and/or recruiting
- Experience in higher education enrollment/admissions is preferred
- Personal computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and some Internet applications
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to pull data from multiple systems, manipulate, and report findings and recommendations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work well with both customers and co-workers

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for six to eight hours daily and includes physical demands associated with a traditional office setting, e.g., walking, standing, communicating, and other physical functions as necessary.
