The responsibilities include project planning, coordination, data collection, analysis, and ensuring the study is completed accurately according to protocol.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists with drafting, revising, and finalizing the study protocol in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI)/research team.
- Facilitates collecting, compiling, and analyzing data related to the UTHECHT project.
- Provides assistance with the preparation of participant recruitment documents, i.e. creating flyers, announcements, etc.
- Assists with screening potential participants to determine eligibility based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Coordinate study visits for participants.
- Assist with monitoring study participants progress and reporting any issues to PI/research team.
- Assists PI with physical assessments such as the Five-Time Sit-to-Stand Test (5TSTST)., isokinetic dynamometry of the hip flexor and extensor muscles using the Biodex System 4 dynamometer.
- Performs data entry and maintains data quality in REDCap database.
- Prepares reports and presentations based on research findings.
- Assists the PI and research team with regulatory and compliance activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
