What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Agency Manager position at University Title Agency?
University Title Agency is searching for the next person to join our title family. We are a customer oriented company that has experienced tremendous growth due to our customer focused team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in escrow processing and title experience, be task oriented and able to prioritize said tasks. Must possess strong communication skills via phone and email. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. We are looking for a customer service minded individual with a yes mentality.
Some responsibilities include:
Communication with clients to facilitate preparation of CD's, ALTA's and other closing documents.
Read and comprehend requirements of title commitments, purchase agreements and addendums.
Facilitating the scheduling of closings.
Candidates must display a very strong knowledge of the industry and possess strong problem solving skills.
Prior management experience is a plus. Licensed Title Agent is preferred, but not necessary.
Experience with Qualia is a plus.
