- MORNING POSITION 8:30am. - 4:30pm.
- MONDAY-FRIDAY
We are a residential high-rise of 550 residents, whom are primarily college students. You will serve as the representative of the building during the shift and will work alone but assisting all departments with administrative needs. You must be confident and able to address issues that may arise, we will train and support you. This is typically not a high pace or high pressure role, but is the single most critical position for residents. As such, you MUST be reliable for this position. We are a small team and need a reliable person(s). We would like to find a long-term team member. Preferably someone whom is mature in actions and able to take a position of authority.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and indirect supervision of roughly six desk staff. Oversight of PayRange laundry system. Limited ordering/purchasing. Oversight of package/mail room. Oversight of fitness center and coffee bar.
