What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Warehouse position at Unix Packaging?
Forklift Operator – Employee shall be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift. Completing all required documentation, following Good Manufacturing Practices, following SOP’s and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Additional duties shall be as are customary for a Forklift Operator and any additional duties incident to the position as directed by management.
Position Responsibilities
- Unload shipments from suppliers, verifying order accuracy.
- Stage material and put away
- Load trailers with product for delivery.
- Manage stock and inventory control.
- Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
