Unlimited Bounds Human Services LLC is a CARF accredited Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Substance Abuse (PHP/IOP/OP) Treatment Program in Curtis Bay, Maryland.

We are in search of an exceptional PRP Rehabilitation Specialist with compassion, vast knowledge and skills to support our clients along their recovery journey. The ideal candidate must be professional and positively motivated to complete required tasks, efficient, organized, reliable, trustworthy and a self starter. The ideal candidate will provide Comprehensive Functional Assessments, develop Individual Rehabilitation Treatment Plans, oversee Direct Service Workers and manage their caseloads, input service authorizations and ensure quality and compliance of service delivery for adults with a wide range of behavioral health needs.

Requirements:
- Must possess a Maryland professional license (Required: LMSW/LCSW/LGPC/LCPC or CPRP)
- Minimum of 2 years' Mental Health experience.
- Must be able to show tact and diplomacy when working with clients and staff.
- Have the ability to use proper professional judgement.
- Be detail oriented.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, multitask.
- Supervise staff.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Master's Degree Required.
- Must be computer savvy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update rehabilitation treatment plans.
- Educate and train Direct Service staff on how to provide proper services.
- Be responsible for organizing program services.
- Oversee the clinical side of the program to facilitate client goals.
- Ensure that the services being rendered meets the client's needs of the treatment plans.
- Be responsible for client discharges and summaries.
- Reinforce COMAR and CARF regulations and standards.
- Provide on-going review of client charts.
- Ensure all clients have the mandatory monthly visits.
- Ensure all notes and monthly summaries are completed.
- Clearly summarize pertinent clinical information, written correspondence and medical record documentation.
- Complete new client intakes.
- Be familiar with ICANotes.
