Real Estate Business Manager

• Provide contract assistance to transaction coordinators or other real estate team members, as well as filing all paperwork efficiently
• Plan for real estate team meetings and update calendar with appointments and travel days
• Record all office expenses and invoices, complete basic bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with the monthly budget
• Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
• Manage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed

• Focus on helping agents fulfill their Long-term career objectives
• Develop a clear vision that agents and staff can rally behind
• Establish key Systems for ongoing recruitment and retention and other key business areas such as compliance and finance

• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Real estate license is a bonus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required

• Demonstrated real estate recruiting experience preferred
• Fully Bilingual English Spanish a plus
