Job Description:

Are you a recent college graduate with degree in business, marketing or communications, looking to enhance your expertise? Do you have a competitive nature and a keen business mind? Are you aiming to elevate your business networking list to the next level? If so, we want you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Utilize our new homeowner program to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and services, as well as to develop your sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive nature with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic about renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
