Looking for an amazing opportunity to lead an experiential fundraising division in Seattle? UP Fundraising is looking for a Manager for our Fundraising Program in the SeattleArea.
Role Description:

The successful candidate will manage and motivate a team of fundraisers and team leads to exceed targets and change lives. The successful candidate will be focused on quality donor recruitment, training in office and on-site, monitoring team performance and leading the team to success!
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage a team of fundraisers
- Work with the recruitment department to recruit and onboard fundraisers.
- Engage with the public (face to face) in a street setting
- Lead by example by working in the streets with fundraisers
- Evaluate existing training program, implement any changes or improvements.
- Work with Account Manager to set daily, weekly and monthly targets and manage teams to meet targets. Ensure campaign KPI's around acquisition and retention are met and exceeded.
- Work with Account Manager to develop campaign materials.
- Leads a team of 6 - 10 fundraisers.
- Opportunity to advance to Regional Director and beyond to National Manager as you grow your team.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of F2F team lead or management experience.
- Exceeds at training and motivating a team of fundraisers.
- Self-starter who loves to inspire people to make a difference.
- Experience with Face to Face campaigns, (in a retail environment considered an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with determination, resiliency and a positive attitude
