As the Emergency Department Manager, you will have a significant impact on the health of our community and patients by providing and coordinating care of ED patients through application of the nursing process. In this role you will identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services, coordinate staff scheduling and monitor department compliance for accreditation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a skilled communicator and a great problem solver.
Associate’s Degree Required, Bachelor’s Preferred
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
TNCC, ACLS and PALS Required
Critical Care Experience Required, ED experience Preferred
Management Experience Preferred
Annual Influenza Vaccination Required
Day Shift
1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
