What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Support Agent position at Up-Rev?
Customer Support & Order Fulfillment - Full-time position. The duties of the position are to help customers via phone and email support, as well as prep and fulfill orders from our online store including physical and electronic fulfillment. The applicant is expected to handle most customer support. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong technical understanding of computers and aftermarket performance parts. In order to provide adequate tech support applicant should be a Nissan enthusiast and have some experience in the aftermarket automotive industry. Any tuning experience or hands-on technical experience will be a huge plus but not absolutely required as there will be on-the-job training. The applicant should have e-commerce experience (Magento/Shopify/etc…) and be able to navigate a web store, manage inventory, process orders, update/add/remove product listings, and provide customer support with the website.
UpRev focuses on providing tuning & calibration software for Nissan & Infiniti vehicles.
