What You'll Do
Upbring is seeking a mission-driven and experienced Growth Marketing Director to join our team and help us create positive social change, heal communities, and amplify our impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth in our donor base, partnerships, volunteers, and community engagement through hands-on execution of marketing efforts, including Paid Advertising, A/B testing, and Funnel Optimization. This is a hybrid position with some in person work at our headquarters in Austin,Texas.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Paid Advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels, to attract and convert new donors, volunteers, and partners who are committed to our mission of creating positive social impact.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement, resulting in increased conversions and ROI that will help us advance our goals.
- Optimize our funnel, from acquisition to retention, to maximize engagement and donations through all stages of the donor journey, while maintaining an authentic and impactful connection with our supporters.
- Create high-quality marketing materials, such as email campaigns, social media content, website content, and other communication materials, that convey our mission and inspire action among our target audience.
- Foster relationships with partners, donors, and volunteers through effective communication and engagement strategies that build trust, rapport, and mutual benefit, as we work together to make a meaningful impact in the world.
- Manage and report on marketing budgets, tracking results and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns that align with our mission and values.
- Experience in DOOH, OTT, and non-traditional platforms and ability to develop and execute campaigns on these platforms.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable growth in donors, partnerships, volunteers, and community engagement for social impact organizations.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, while maintaining a deep commitment to our mission and values.
- Technical skills in digital marketing, including experience with Paid Advertising, A/B testing, funnel optimization, email marketing platforms, social media management, content creation, and website management, with a desire to use these skills to make a positive impact in the world.
- Experience in Nonprofit and startup environments, with a passion for creating positive social impact, healing communities, and using your gifts to make a difference in the world.
Preferred
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising, including direct mail and online fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with SEO strategy and implementation, and a strong understanding of website analytics and optimization tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and action.
- Experience with DOOH, OTT, and non-traditional platforms and ability to develop and execute campaigns on these platforms.
