This is a full-time dayshift position that allows the successful candidate to work directly with the Unit Director to support in unit leadership. This is a great way to prepare yourself for a career in nursing leadership! The Clinician will be required to work occasional weekends and evenings, but no holidays!
The Clinician is a nurse leader who fosters excellence in patient care. As a role model for professional nursing practice, the Clinician plays a crucial role in:
- Employee Evaluations: Completing and delivering evaluations.
- Staff Selection and Hiring: Conducting staff selection.
