UPMC Chartwell is looking for a full time Supervisor of Pharmacy Ops to work nights and lead their dedicated team!
Supervise the daily activities of staff pharmacists and pharmacy assistants in a variety of areas including order entry, IV admixture preparation, purchasing and inventory control, and automated drug dispensing and storage systems. Assist the Manager/Assistant Director to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and JCAHO accreditation standards.
This role will work nights, 9 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Thursday. Occasional Sunday's also required.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual review and revision of the Policy and Procedures manual.
- Complete performance evaluations of appropriate staff members. Initiates disciplinary action and makes recommendations for corrective action and improvement of performance.
- Implement projects as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Director.
- Oversee and maintain expertise in assigned areas of specific responsibility such as human resource policies and procedures, drug procurement, IV admixture preparation, and drug dispensing systems.
- Ensure achievement of productivity standards, and adherence to regulations and standards of performance and accreditation.
