Job Summary:

Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and performs various functions within the Patient Access Department related to scheduling, pre-registration, registration, and switchboard operations.  Ensure outstanding patient experience while proactively reducing financial loss. Demonstrates behaviors outlined in NCH's Core Values and supports NCH's Mission and Vision.

Essential Qualifications: Minimum of one year in a customer service role preferably in a healthcare setting.
