SUMMARY
Responsible for executing various material asset acquisition tasks within existing talent license agreements which includes submitting formal service requests to the Talent and their agents based on various obligations in those agreements relating to Upper Deck Authenticated product lines. Duties include but are not limited to securing private and public autograph signings, attaining concept and product approvals, procuring game-used equipment, appearances, and other contractual assets for inclusion in the Company’s memorabilia, trading card, and collectibles product lines. Maintains relationships between the Company and the Talent, agents, artists and other personalities relating to autograph and other material content acquisitions. Role requires a significant amount of domestic travel. Must be able to travel to, and administer in-person memorabilia signings on behalf of Company as requested by management.

This position will interact closely with the Senior Talent Relations Coordinators and Vice President of Talent Relations as well as with other Company staff members and external parties.

- Responsible for the acquisition and delivery of UDA autographs within scheduled dates for product releases.
- Maintains and updates Northstar, JDE and off-line databases for tracking signatures and contract performance.
- Performs Purchase Order releases in JDE for UDA and UDC product signings or shipments.
- Submit product approval requests to the Talent for certain Company products, solicitations, and other materials as needed.
- Maintains full records of such Talent approvals.
- Interacts with Company staff members to resolve issues and coordinates assignments to meet strict product deadlines.
- Interacts with outside business partners including signing representatives, agents and/or athletes to coordinate signing sessions within specific deadlines.
- Maintains relationships between the Company and agents, athletes, and other personalities.
- A significant amount of travel on behalf of the Company to acquire autographed content for collectibles and memorabilia product lines which at times may fall on weekends and holidays.
- Responsible for other product acquisitions such as player-worn memorabilia for Upper Deck’s memorabilia, trading card, and collectibles product lines
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in the field of project coordination or related area.

- Knowledge of commonly used project coordination concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of sports and entertainment toy, trading card or trading card game industry preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor; team player orientation. Ability to interface with internal and external parties at all levels.
- Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
- A high degree of confidentiality required.
- Hands on, energetic and motivated self-starter with the ability to work additional hours as required.
- Ability to travel on behalf of the Company with very little advance notice.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in the following software or systems: MS Office.
