Requirements:
As a Material Handler, you will be playing an instrumental role in manufacturing or fulfillment operations by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies. Some of the responsibilities might include:
Load, unload and move products and materials (manually, doesn’t involve operating equipment)
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory.
Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.
Material Handlers are expected to be on their feet the entire shift, be able to lift up to 50lb occasionally and up to 25lb often. Ability to stay on feet for up to 9 hours. Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly. You should also be able to hear and see well.
