Job Title: Maintenance Technician - High Voltage
Location: Mifflintown, PA (onsite everyday)
Job Type: 6-month contract, with possibility of extension
Job Description:
We are seeking Field Technicians with a strong electrical background, ideally with experience in solar energy. The role involves working alongside experienced technicians to maintain and operate utility-scale PV power plants. Responsibilities include monitoring plant operations, testing, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance on AC and DC solar PV systems.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of electrical or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and codes
- Experience with power plant systems, SCADA, and medium/high voltage equipment
- Strong safety background (Lockout Tag Out, Job Hazard Analysis)
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on PV systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote operators and complete maintenance records
- Maintain high standards of worksite safety and cleanliness
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying environmental conditions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Electrical experience: 3 years (Required)
- High voltage: 3 years (Required)
- Photovoltaic systems: 1 year (Preferred)
