Integrity Rehab Group (IRG) is an industry leading therapy management company that partners with physician practices across the nation. IRG partners with Mountain Valley Orthopedics to offer exceptional outpatient orthopedic therapy services to the East Stroudsburg, PA Community. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill our available Office Coordinator position.
You will be a key part in our patient’s journey back to feeling better and doing more!
The Office Coordinator is the first person that greets our patients and helps to answer their questions about important items such as insurance and scheduling.
Good interpersonal, communication, multitasking and computer skills are essential in the OC role. Most of all, a great attitude, desire the help people and work as part of a team are critical.
We provide ongoing training/support and a quarterly bonus program.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have superior customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to ask questions and offer suggestions.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to navigate scheduling and electronic health record computer systems after training.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
