Job Title: Laboratory Trainee
Location: Midland, Texas
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our laboratory team as a Trainee. No prior experience is required; however, any laboratory experience is a plus. The Trainee will work under the supervision of experienced laboratory staff to learn and perform basic laboratory techniques and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting routine laboratory tests and experiments
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Record and analyze data
- Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10 days on and 4 days off
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Starting pay of $18 per hour
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Note:
While prior laboratory experience is not required, candidates with previous exposure to laboratory work or a related field will be given preference.
