Responsibilities
As an IAM Analyst, you will primarily focus on:
- Handling ServiceNow requests and Jira tickets beyond the normal documented process.
- Reaching out to different owners and ask questions to determine access requirements for new users.
- Working with the appropriate teams to get approvals in place.
- Communicating with different system owners.
- Tracking down owners if there is no documented owner for a specific group.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as an IAM Analyst or roles in similar capacity.
- 3 years experience managing user lifecycle, access, permissions, and groups at an enterprise scale is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with User and Group Management.
- Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodologies.
- Demonstrable knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSL, SSO, and identity management (Samba a huge plus).
- Experience managing a ticket queue using ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of GSuite, Atlassian, and Apple products (macOS, iOS).
- Ability to independently research technical problems and solutions, ability to work with ambiguity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Excellent customer service and IT support skills.
