We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our real estate executives, contributing to the smooth operation of our office and ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist with property listing management, including entering data, updating listings, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and open houses, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and other relevant topics as directed.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with front desk duties, phone systems, and clerical tasks is a plus
