What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project/Property Manager position at Urban Bay Financial?
We are looking for an individual to manage and oversee the remodeling/construction of the Tioga Hotel located in Chanute KS. This job requires attention to detail and ability to manage/hire contractors. The individual we are looking for will be required to keep a daily agenda of work being done from start of project to finish with ability to communicate on what needs to be done. This will be a full time job and will be paid on a salary basis. We would also like for this individual to be able to transition to property manager once the project is complete. This job will require construction experience, management experience, organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, experience with contractors, as well as communication with City officials to ensure work is up to code.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
