Job overview:
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate on digital marketing initiatives using new media and digital tools to showcase UrbanLink Media and our clients' products and services. You will be responsible for the management of all marketing and CRM platforms, including developing strategies to optimize and increase traffic to multiple websites.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful, data-driven marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will excel as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team.

- Developing and implementing marketing plans for multiple clients under compressed timelines.

- Creating, maintaining, and implementing digital marketing strategies based on established editorial calendars.
- Overseeing management of updates, design, and user experience on all digital marketing and CRM platforms.
- Conducting and reporting analysis of site and social traffic.
- Implementing SEO and SEM strategies and advising content team on data driven content strategies.
At UrbanLink, you will:
- Analyze digital data to develop key recommendations around website optimization.
- Conduct and make SEO recommendations for audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Maintain digital dashboards of several different accounts for various clients.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and recommend pivots.
- Adhere to brand messaging and guidelines in all distributions and ads.
- Collaborate on strategies to reach targets through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Build and execute email campaigns in HubSpot and other CRM platforms including email template development, survey templates and form templates with implementation mapping and strategy.
- Implement and report analytics for websites, social media channels, campaigns, and other content using Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Cultivate social media visual assets in adherence with each clients' brand requirements and guidelines.
- Implement advertisement campaigns for multiple clients on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and within the Google Suite.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in digital marketing in a multi-client environment, required.
- Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Valid driver's license.
