What are the responsibilities and job description for the URBN Security Supervisor (Day shift ) position at URBN?
Report to: Loss Prevention Manager
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Overview:
Candidate should be a motivated team player with good attitude and possess organizational, leadership and communication skills. Individual should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. Candidate must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers, and management. Candidate must work well independently in remote environments. Candidate must also be flexible in work hours, including availability for after hour alarm calls/emergencies.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Staffing, scheduling, and development of facility security team
- Execution of facility security procedures
- Management of site systems (access control, CCTV, etc.)
- Build a good rapport with associates and management
- Occasional afterhours responsibility
Experience
- Preferred College Degree or certification in Criminal Justice / Business
- 1-2 years of Loss Prevention / Security experience; preferred with First Aid / CPR training
- Previous Leadership Experience / Training experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Security Systems / Equipment / Technology
