ParkMed Urgent Care has been providing urgent care, preventative care, and occupational medicine services in the greater Knoxville area since 1989. Physicians are critical to the success of our clinical teams and crucial to providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare. ParkMed Urgent Care offers onsite digital X-ray, EKG, and common laboratory assays.
Our centers are open 7 days per week, 8AM - 8PM.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide complete, compassionate care to all patients
- Serve as a role model and leader for that day's team
- Standard office procedures to include, but not limited to, incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management, wound care and more
- Communicate test results, follow-up care, and other treatment plans as appropriate

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine OR prior clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred
- Must be licensed by the Tennessee State Board of Medical Examiners
- DOT certification required
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License required
- Supervising physician to advanced practice providers (PAs or NPs)
