- IV experience is must
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
```Requirements:```
- Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Minimum of [2 ] years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical standards and best practices
- Proficiency in medication administration and documentation using electronic health record systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of infection control procedures and practices
- Experience working with children is a plus
