What this job involves Review, analyze and evaluate user needs related to JLL’s PeopleSoft Financial Modules Analyze production issues and determine root cause. Work with technical/developer resources to resolve issues Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the user interface Translate user requirements into functional specs/documentation Provide solutions to production issues, including review of configuration, detailed analysis, and moving the solution through the change lifecycle. Coordination of User Testing Actively identify performance improvements and efficiencies, driving change Participate in global and regional enhancement and implementation projects Desired skills and experience for this job Position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced environment utilizing JLL’s financial suite, PeopleSoft 9.2, in the following modules: Accounts Receivable, Billing, Contracts, Projects for a multi-currency, multi-book instance including knowledge of document sequencing, VAT, sales and use tax processing, payment predictor and bank interfaces. Experience reviewing, troubleshooting, and modifying application engine, SQR’s, PeopleCode, PSQuery, component interfaces as well as proficiency in writing SQL scripts is preferred. Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills along with being detail oriented and demonstrating excellent communication skills. A basic knowledge of financial accounting.
