Job Summary This position will be responsible for providing administrative and production support to the Producers and Real Estate Analysts. Main Responsibilities Support Equity Placement and JLL Securities business line including six professionals and four analysts Manage complex schedule and calendar Schedule all international and domestic travel. Handle re-scheduling and modifying travel plans due to last minute changes Organize and submit expense reports Screen phone calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner Schedule conference calls Keep contact information in Outlook updated Organize and coordinate various events Type correspondence/memos, proofread documents, assemble reports and presentations Monitor JLL Securities annual budget and track all expenses Update client and investor information in CapForce investor database Monitor CapForce database memos Participate in key projects Willingness to work overtime on short notice Keep informational brochures up to date Organize client reporting Manage and monitor monthly client billing File and organize deal documents (electronic and paper) Other duties assigned Experience Required 0-3 years of related administrative, marketing, or communications experience. Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, environment. Demonstrate problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Commercial Real Estate experience preferred. Education Real Estate/Finance background is preferred. High School graduate required/college a plus. Computer Skills Prior experience using Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop). Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 2010 version). Database experience is a plus. Environment Office – work with computers, copiers, and scanners.
